CAROLYN WINGATE

Founder, Win Biologics

Meet the Boss Babe Founder of WinBiologics – Carolyn Wingate was born and raised in Kansas and is proud to call this state her home. As a child, she spent weekends on a 10,000-acre cow-calf operation in Buffalo, KS. In 2007, she graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Business. Little did she know at the time she would fall back on this knowledge to own and run the future Win Biologics.

Carolyn has been involved in Ag retail since 2008. Her resume includes some of the biggest companies in the business. Fresh out of college she worked for a turf and greenhouse giant where she gained valuable agronomy knowledge about timing for growth, reproduction, bloom set, and fruit fill, all essential to know for using foliar fertilizers in Ag. Later, Carolyn worked for a leading company in precision Ag where she gained skills in research design and fertility experiments.

Carolyn's passion for regenerative agriculture started at a soil health conference in 2016 after meeting Jonathan Lundgren, Gabe Brown, and Ray Archuletta. From there relationships were fostered by a group of women in Ag who saw things a little differently, her #soilsisters.

The opportunity to start Win Biologics was granted in 2021 and the quest for innovative technology to improve yields, farm profitability, and regenerate soil is on!

Fun Fact: On weekends Carolyn looks forward to making pancakes with her two boys while loudly listening to Christian music. The two boys, 6 and 8, are Lego fanatics and love all the animals they have collected on the farm. Carolyn has ridden horses all her life and has recently taken up polo with teammate Raeann Magill. Working outside in her garden or being in nature brings her peace and joy.

RAEANN MAGILL

Sales, Product Development, Win Biologics

We are so lucky to have Raeann on our sales team! Raeann was born in Northern California and raised on a small farm surrounded by orchards and rice fields. The daughter of 2 high school ag teachers, she was involved in 4-H and FFA and developed her love for agriculture  at a young age. Raeann found her way to Kansas in 2018 after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Soil & Crop Science. Before joining Win Biologics, she had several years' experience working for some industry giants in seed, nitrogen stabilizers and fertilizer. In August 2022, Raeann was hired as the company's first sales employee by Win Biologics’ founder, Carolyn Wingate, and she hit the ground running hard! Raeann is passionate about her retailers and customers and loves the relationship that she fosters with each of them.

A few fun facts about Raeann are that she plays horse  polo and is also fluent in Spanish!

Why Raeann loves Kansas ~ “I love Kansas because I have the best professional and personal life imaginable. I’m able to work in an industry I love, while sprinkling in horses and polo!”

MADISON VAUGHT

Sales Agronomist, Win Biologics

Madison is the newest addition to the sales team, and we couldn't be more excited! Madison was raised on her family’s cow-calf operation in northeast Kansas alongside her parents and older sister. Growing up in agriculture instilled in her a deep-rooted passion for serving farmers and ranchers and advocating for the industry she calls home.

Her involvement in raising and showing cattle sparked an early commitment to agricultural excellence. Madison began her collegiate career at Hutchinson Community College, where she competed on the livestock judging team and further developed her leadership and industry knowledge. She then earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communication and Pre-Law, with a minor in Animal Science, equipping her with both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Although initially planning to attend law school, Madison chose to pursue a professional path that kept her directly connected to producers. In her previous role, she worked closely with farmers, providing field-level insights, scouting crops, and developing tailored recommendations to improve operations. This experience broadened her perspective from livestock production to row crop agriculture and strengthened her commitment to supporting producers across the industry.

Now with WinBiologics, Madison continues to expand her network and deepen relationships with farmers. She is passionate about helping operations maximize yields, implement stronger agronomic strategies, and build long-term success. Her background, combined with her dedication to service, allows her to be a trusted partner to the agricultural community.

Aside from her work, you can often find Madison in the gym or taking her golden retriever Mia on side-by-side excursions on her parents' property back home.
